What happens after I fill out the form?
Once you submit the form, one of our Account Executives will reach out within 24 hours to connect and discuss next steps.
How is Pair displayed in-store?
Because of the unique nature of our top frames, every new account receives a merchandising tower. The tower features a magnetic background designed to properly display the top frames and create an engaging, elevated brand experience for patients.
Do you require an opening order?
Yes. The opening order includes the products needed to fill your merchandising tower: eight base frame shapes (in three colors each) and 10–12 top frames per base frame shape.
Do you offer terms on the opening order?
Yes, we do. Your Account Executive will walk you through available payment terms and help set up your account.
How long does it take for account applications to be finalized?
Once your application is submitted, we’ll review and confirm your account within 48 hours, at which point we can proceed with your opening order.
